c. Media Access Permissions
We request the following sensitive permissions to enhance user safety and experience:
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES Used to allow users to select and upload personal images that may relate to a panic or stress situation, to serve as personal records or to share with trusted individuals or mental health professionals.
- READ_MEDIA_VIDEO Used to enable users to select or record video evidence during a moment of distress or panic, which can be reviewed later as part of their emotional self-care or shared for support.
Note: Media access is optional and only activated when the user explicitly chooses to upload or record media within the app.
2. How We Use the Information
We use the collected information to:
- Enable and personalize app functionality.
- Allow users to document stressful events safely.
- Improve our app’s performance and security.
- Respond to support or legal inquiries.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
